Bad breath, morning breath, breath odor or halitosis are all terms used to describe a noticeably unpleasant odor exhaled on the breath. Halitosis is not a problem by itself, but it can cause concerns in our interpersonal relationships. Other causes can include poor oral health, improper cleaning of dentures, periodontal disease as well as smoking & tobacco products. Bad breath can also be sign of an underlying medical condition of the stomach, lungs and bloodstream. Another...

If you're a fan of chocolate you're in good company. Chocolate is one of the most popular sweet- tasting treats in the world and has been for centuries. But part of the myth surrounding chocolate is that it tastes so good it must be bad for your health. Which gives it an air of the forbidden. A beautifully wrapped box of chocolates has always been considered a very romantic gift. So if the special person in your life is a self- confessed chocoholic, you know one surefire way to please them on special occasions. But the surprising news from the scientific community is that this reputedly decadent treat actually has some health benefits, especially if you choose your chocolate wisely. Is Chocolate A Health Food? Chocolate contains over 300 chemicals, and has been the subject of a number of studies by universities and other scientific organizations. as our country are heading to the 2020 era, lots of our heritage are forgotten by the youngster..the food, the arts, the history..hurmm..how sad..:'(.. come with me my friends, lets discover one of our pearl that are being forgotten in arts category.. Mak yong or mak yung is a traditional form of dance-drama from northern Malaysia , particularly the state of Kelantan . It was banned by the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party in 1991 because of its animist and Hindu - Buddhist roots which pre-date Islam in the Asian region by far. In 2005 UNESCO declared mak yong a "Masterpiece Of The Oral And Intangible Heritage Of Humanity". The late Cik Ning was a leading mak yong performer in the 1980s. Mak yong is considered the most authentic and representative of Malay performing arts because it is mostly untouched by external sources. Although most traditional Malay dances were influenced by India , Java and other parts of Southeast Asia , mak yong's singing and musical r...

i dare to say that all Malaysian has taste these fascinating food..do not try to cheat me..ahahha.. any Malaysian who said that he/she never taste these food, we better assume them as an "aliens from the outer space"! lets discover the story behind this  food : Nasi Kandar is a popular northern Malaysian dish, which originates from Penang . It is a meal of steamed rice which can be plain or mildly flavored, and served with a variety of curries and side dishes. The word Nasi Kandar, came about from a time when nasi [rice] hawkers or vendors would kandar [balance] a pole on the shoulder with two huge containers of rice meals. The name has remained and today the word Nasi Kandar is seen on most Tamil Muslim or " Malaysian Mamak " restaurants and Indian-Muslim stall meals. The rice for a nasi kandar dish is often placed in a wooden container about three feet high, giving it a distinctive aroma. The rice is accompanied by side dishes such as fried chicken...
